With 30 years of experience in operational and pension consulting, Stephen has a proven track record of delivering business modernization for clients. As the VP responsible for Canadian operations at a pension-focused firm, Stephen consulted to diverse pension and benefits organizations from coast to coast, on assignments including strategic planning, operational design, procurement, implementation support, and change management. Prior, Stephen served for over 15 years as President of a pension administration software firm, providing executive oversight to multiple different pension solution implementations across North America. 

 

Stephen earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University and is a Fellow of both the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
