Jordan advises institutional investors and capital allocators on strategic choice-making.
Jordan has over 10 years of experience in strategic roles in the pension and consulting industries. Prior to Fuse, he led the Infrastructure Investment Strategy team for OMERS, which included thematic capital allocation, portfolio construction and strategic advice to the Infrastructure management committee and Total Portfolio Management committee. Before this, he built and led the Pension strategy and innovation team at OMERS, creating competitive intelligence for investment teams, redesigning retirement experiences and advising the Board on globally significant megatrends like the Future of Aging. He also spent 5 years at Oxford Properties Group (OMERS real estate investment business), where he advised on the CEO on global strategy, communication, and innovation initiatives. He began his career as a consultant in Deloitte’s human capital practice, leading change agility, communications, and stakeholder engagement streams for several large Canadian corporations.
Jordan holds a PhD from the Institute of Design at Illinois Institute of Technology, on strategic choice creation and decision making in institutional capital allocation via the new field of Capital Design. He also has an M.A. from the University of Southern California, and an M.Des. in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University.
